Bloody Mary.
The weekend classic
A Bloody Mary is 50 ml of Stolichnaya vodka with 120 ml of tomato juice, 15 ml of lemon juice and a seasoning of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and black pepper, rolled gently with ice and served in a highball with a celery stick. Rolling — pouring between two glasses — mixes it without bruising the tomato juice.

What you need
- 50 ml Stolichnaya Premium vodka
- 120 ml tomato juice
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce (to taste)
- Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Celery stick and lemon wedge, to garnish
How to make it

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

Roll the mixture: pour it between two glasses three or four times.

Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

Garnish with a celery stick and lemon wedge. Adjust seasoning to taste.
