The after-dinner wake-up
An Espresso Martini is 40 ml of Stolichnaya vodka, 20 ml of coffee liqueur and 30 ml of fresh espresso, shaken hard with ice and double-strained into a chilled coupe. The hard shake is what creates the signature velvety crema on top — garnish with three coffee beans.

What you need
- 40 ml Stolichnaya Premium vodka
- 20 ml coffee liqueur
- 30 ml freshly brewed espresso, slightly cooled
- 10 ml sugar syrup (optional, to taste)
- Three coffee beans, to garnish
How to make it

Brew the espresso first and let it cool for a minute.

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake very hard for 15–20 seconds — this builds the foam.

Double-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with three coffee beans.
